PL Howard and Company, LLC was formed with the singular purpose of helping property owners reduce their property taxes.

Founded by Lee Howard in 2012 with 0 properties, we have grown to represent over 2,000 properties of all types. Our growth is the result of combining 40 years of experience in the property tax, real estate, and finance fields, along with hard work, exceptional results, and satisfied property owners.

Our experience allows us to represent commercial property of all types and sizes. 

We monitor local real estate conditions and appraisal methods daily which insure that we are current and up to date on all resources needed to achieve the lowest possible property tax liability for our property owners.
